Im new to trx and this is a good app. Its easy to use and it makes it easy to Learn the exercises. I also purchased the QuickStart and I find it better, because it combines multiple pieces of equipment into a single routine, but I like the flexibility that you get on this app because you can select the exercises included in a routine.
