These videos and workouts are an essential tool to enable you to get the best out of your TRX. The videos are very clear and help you to carry out the exercises as they should be done to maximise benefit. The loaded workouts and the ability to create your own just add to the usefulness of this app. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
If you know what youre doing and know the required posture its a prettx good app. If you are new to suspension training read a book or participate in some lessons at a gym. Concerning what i use the app for its all that is neccessary. Workout creation is good. There are quite a number of different excercises. In my opinion there is not enough time between the excercises in a tabata workout to come from an upright-standing-position into push up position with the feet into slings. You can avoid the problem if you configure your own workout, though. If they dont charge ,me twice cause i installed this on the phone AND on the pad, the 4 stars are well earned. At least to me.

This app really gets the sweat going! Great excercise for beginners and advanced!
The app is well laid out and easy to use. It has a good basic list of exercises, but could use more advanced exercises or show variations of the existing ones. The HD videos are nice and make learning new moves easier but written instructions and exercise details would be nice as well.

Some bad moments

The app is not running properly in my 6S as was in iPhone 5, when I bought the app.
As a beginner looking for a training system I can do at home this is a good start, but without voice instruction or written instructions its a bit of guess work knowing what length to set the straps too. I find myself looking up the exercises elsewhere like on the trx force app where the exercises are broken down better. Provide some motivation, and guidance regarding strap setup and things to be mindful of while doing the exercises and the app will be much better.
Im new to suspension training, so I bought this app to learn some new exercises and develop some workouts. Unfortunately, there arent very many exercises in this app, and most of them are really simple and obvious. (Bicep curls! Who would have thought!) This app might be useful for beginners to resistance training, but if youre looking to augment your routine with suspension exercises, this probably isnt worth the money - especially since you can find all the more advanced exercises on YouTube.

Not a lot of versatility here. Works well but ultimately could be more robust for a pay for app
Ever since they added more exercises I started to use the app for every trx training. I find the database big enough for my workouts. However, I am still missing something - better statistics. I would like to see a history of my workouts, the time spent and eventually some more details. Currently you can track only the calories you have burnt which doesnt add value for me. Keep up updating pls :)
