Great program!

I got the TRX trainer for Christmas and wanted a flexible program to go along with the system. I love the ready made starter programs but even better is the ability to easily make your own circuit. 100% recommend.

Nice app

Very helpful for someone like me whos just getting started and doesnt have a lot of ideas on what to do.

Great workout

This app is good for all parts of the body including cardio. You have to be quick to make adjustments between exercises so no real rest. This is also a good way to keep concentration to a nice level.

Great app

Overall this a really cool app. It allows you to design your own workouts based on muscle groups that you can select from. Voice guided routines. I only wish they would offer notes with each move (what to engage, starting positions, etc.) and mention the adjustment length for each move. But a great app regardless.

Not much of a learning curve. Great exercises. Only thing missing is sync across devices. Love it

LOVE the exercise plans, makes working out FUN

I just started using this app and I can tell you already its my number one favorite for exercise indoors. They include a timed video lesson plan for each part of the body various sets and reps. It also includes beginner intermediate and advanced levels. So I will be using this app for a very long time... And I am certain I will look like a different person in a month or two

Really enjoying this app

Im a newbie to suspension training so this app is really helping me with the basics in technique. I appreciate the mix of pre-designed workouts as well as the option to mix and match to design your own workout based on your needs and training goals. The videos are very helpful.

Great app but no verabl cues?

As soon as I got the app, I wanted to see what the app had to offer and played the demo. First, I was confused and tried to turn up the volume and then realized that there are no verbal instrctions just a silent demo. When working out, I dont have time to constantly watch the video, I am sure that might cause some injuries in the process trying to turn my neck a certain direction and causing poor alignment. Also, I dont want to pause during my workouts, I want them to be very intense. Hell, I cant even see anything in front of me with sweat pouring down my face. It would be nice to have verbal cues on the upcoming move as well as proper form verbal instructions during the workout timer. For this reason, I took off a star. Also, it would be nice if the app had a wod generator like the 12 minute athlete app, for those of us who have no idea what we are doing and need to be told what exercises to complete. Thankfully, TRX posts "the workout of the day". I am so glad that they do because I dont have the imagination to create my own workouts but I want to workout like a beast. I check the WOD daily and then create the workout within the app. So, please work on 2 things : Verbal cues and wod generator. All in all, great app but lacks some essentials.

We love this app. Easy to tailor to your needs. Great visual instructions. Just wish name of exercise would remain on screen for duration.
