Downloaded it a long time ago. Scoffed and never used it. Just tried it. Should have used it right from the start. A must have if you own a TRX.
You must get this if you have a TRX and if you dont have a TRX get one and this app!
This app is perfect - it teaches you so many different ways to use a suspension system. I love how the videos show each exercise from different angles so that you can position yourself properly. Creating your own workouts is very easy to do, whether you want to focus on arms, legs, or do a full body workout. Well worth the money!
Looked everywhere for a book on TRX to get a better idea on workout structure. This is by far the best alternative. Plugged into an HDMI adapter and it plays on my TV while I workout. Absolutely awesome tool!

Im new to suspension training, so I bought this app to learn some new exercises and develop some workouts. Unfortunately, there arent very many exercises in this app, and most of them are really simple and obvious. (Bicep curls! Who would have thought!) This app might be useful for beginners to resistance training, but if youre looking to augment your routine with suspension exercises, this probably isnt worth the money - especially since you can find all the more advanced exercises on YouTube.
I never thought using my cables could be so tough!

I have worked out with TRX with a personal trainer for some time, so I bought my own straps and this app to use while on holidays. Im glad I did, its great. It is easy to customize your own workout by choosing from the many exercises and deciding how long each exercise and each rest period will last. The moves are clearly demonstrated in video before and during each set. You can format your workout by circle, traditional, Tabata or HIIT training. There should be an explanation of what these terms mean for people who dont know. There should also be a brief "intro to TRX" section with tips on how to use it. Also, many of the exercises are done on only one side of the body at a time. For example, pistol squats or side planks. The app should know that when you choose to do one set of these moves, they actually need to be done twice, once on each side. As it is now, if you select one set, you will only exercise one leg. Today I wanted to do three sets of each move and I had to work through the rest periods in order to be symmetrical. Which I guess Ill keep doing until they fix it, because Ill keep using this app for the awesome, portable, customizable workout!

Best trx training program ever
When it comes to apps directed to suspension exercises this one is ranked high - that is why I downloaded it. The app is not bad but for 5 € I was expecting something more complex than a simple group of instructional movies. I would say it lacks additional workout plans but could be worse.
I think its the best app for all TRX lovers.
