Youll definitely feel this!...and what I didnt expect, this app has me addicted.
Overall this is a great app for TRX lovers! Its awesome to be able to customize your owe workouts. I wish it had more TRX moves like the "Hinge" and "Hip Abduction" but this app is worth the expense
Good app. Could use more, like HRM, or customizing rests between exercises, or repeat function for +1 workouts. Also, NO BURPEES???

As a beginner, the workout was hard but doable for me. I still have to get used to the bands during the mountain climber and plank exercises.

This is a no brainer. Ive been looking for TRX training and found it in this easy to use app. Great video examples, time is already set that can be adjusted. First work out and I love it!
Good audio cues, flexible time/reps/sets and challenging excersizes ! Maybe a little more communication about syncing workouts with other apps? The leap- no- look doesnt work for me but over all its a great app. Ditto for Virtual Trainer also.

Worth the couple of bucks. Great work outs. A lot Suspension exercises I havent seen anywhere else. Highly recommended. *wish* you could share or send workouts to other people.
I love the app, but please take note for: 1. Increase number of exercises. I Know more and want to include them in my routines. 2. should have some recomendations for each exercise (trx lenght adjustment, breathing, etc.) maybe played previous each excercise. 3. Should include routines for stretching with the TRX.
Good app but I wish it would announce audibly the next exercise. I keep my iPhone stowed during workouts and cant see the exercise. Instead I am having to write these down and follow along. Could be an easy and useful update.
I love that you can tailor the time for the reps and rests, as well as what exercises you choose to do. Definitely recommend this app.
I was looking for a system that can increase in intensity at my pace and is portable. This met those exact needs!!
Like that it shows movements helps a lot being a first time user. Make sure to watch before you try the exercise. Feels good to workout again!
